Improvements
Improvements to Hanagita Street and Ptarmigan Place include:
- Reconstructing the roads
- Improving the drainage
- Replacing the sidewalks and curb ramps to meet ADA standards
- Installing street lights to meet current standards
- Replacing failing sewer lines
- Replacing aging fire hydrants on Hangita and the Coast Guard housing, along Fidalgo, and at DOT&PF’s facilities near the hospital
